In 2017, the Italian company Celli Group, international leader of beverage dispensing systems and accessories, announces the acquisition of Angram Ltd. The transaction was executed through Ads2 Holdings Limited, Celli Group's UK subsidiary. This acquisition, besides developing strong industrial and commercial synergies between the Group's two British subsidiaries, will also accelerate the commercial development of Angram's products through the Group's sales network internationally.

Angram is now one of the leading manufacturers of beer engines and beer dispensing equipment in the UK and Europe. Centrally located in North Yorkshire within a 33,000 sq/ft hub containing all our offices, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution services. We have a full design and development studio who are continually working to improve existing products and drive innovations to market, like our Cylinderless technology, plastic kegs and others innovative products.
